And I will make My Dwelling Place among you, and My soul will not despise you. I will walk among you and be your Alahym, and you will be My people.
– Uayyiqra (Leviticus) 26:11-12
Since the beginning of time, the Father π€π€π€ π€ (YAHUAH) has sought to dwell among His people. The whole purpose of creating humans was to share His life with others. He created a people who were called to walk in the light, as He is in the light. (Isa 2:5Β and 1Jn 1:7) Yet, all through time we have seen humanity rebel against this call, to walk in the light of the Creator. Instead, the world has been descending into darkness, as the enemy of our souls, Satan, tries to pull away as many people as would allow him to have his way in their life.
Despite the global rebellion led by Satan for past 6,000 years, from the days of Adam even to this day, π€π€π€ π€ has a plan to save those who want to choose a different path from the one that is leading the world to sure destruction.
Messiah π€π€π€ π€π€ π€ (YAHUSHUA) came to earth 2,000 years ago, to walk with us and to show us the way back to π€π€π€ π€. He declared: βI am the Way, the Truth, and the Life; no one comes to the Fatherβexcept through Me!β (Joh 14:6)
π€π€π€ π€Β walked with Adam and his wife, Chuah (called βEveβ), in the Garden of Eve. After the serpent led Chuah and then Adam astray, by enticing them into sinning against the Word of π€π€π€ π€, the Father π€π€π€ π€ made a promise. He said that He would send βenmityβ between the seed of the serpent and the Seed of the woman, and in the end, the Seed of the woman would crush the head of the serpent.
Obliterating the serpent will put an end to his schemes, and humanity will no longer be led astray and enticed into sin, which separates us from π€π€π€ π€. Access to the Tree of Life, which was lost due to sin, will be restored, when sin is finally cleansed from the Earth.
αΈ€azon (Revelation) contains many promises of a restoration. These include restoring access to the Tree of Life, but beyond that, we look forward to the great promise that the Creator Himself will set up His Dwelling Place in our midst. This is the Greatest Promise of all time!
There is a difference between π€π€π€ π€ walking with His people and π€π€π€ π€ dwelling with His people. We have seen examples of this all through time. In BerΔshith (Genesis) 3:8, we see that the Father was βwalkingβ in the Garden. Again, we see in BerΔshith (Genesis) 5:22-24, that Hanoch walked with π€π€π€ π€. However, something far more dramatic happens in the days of Mosheh, when the Father came to deliver His people from bondage. The cloud rested above them during the day and the fire by night. Here, the Father π€π€π€ π€ was walking with His people, even though the earthly Dwelling Place or Tabernacle was not yet set up.
Shemoth (Exodus) 25 sets out the call given to Moshe to build a tabernacle (Dwelling Place), not based on a new design but built according to the pattern that was shown to him on the mountain: the True Tabernacle in heaven. (Ex 26:30) This is the same Tabernacle seen multiple times in αΈ€azon (Revelation) 11:19, 14:15-17 and 15:5.
However, there is another Tabernacle that the Scripture speaks about: the tabernacle of the Body! The Messiah π€π€π€ π€π€ π€ taught that He is the Dwelling Place of the Living Alahym, and He prophesied that after being killed, He will rise again in 3 days. (Mar 9:31) YohΜ£anan (John) 1:14Β says: βThe Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us.β He was referring to the time when Messiah came as a newborn in the seventh Scriptural month. He lived on this Earth for 33 years before His death, burial, resurrection, and ascension. Messiah π€π€π€ π€π€ π€ promised His followers that He is going to prepare a place for them, so that where He is, there we will be also. (Joh 14:2-3) The messengers who were with Messiahβs followers promised that He will return the same way that He leftβin a cloud! (Act 1:11Β & Mat 24:30)
Upon His return, Messiah will call to life those who sleep in Him in the first resurrection and those who are alive will be caught up with Him in the air, and together they will be foreverβthe Bridegroom and the Bride. They will reign together for a thousand years. After the Millennial Reign, Satan and all those powers and people who served him will be destroyed for good! The Earth will be cleansed and renewed, and the Son will hand over the reign to the Father.
This final chapter paves the way for the fulfillment of the Greatest Promise: I will dwell among the Yasharalites and be their Alahym. This was partially fulfilled with the coming of the Messiah 2,000 years ago, but the final fulfillment will come soon, when Rev 21:3 comes to pass: βBehold, the Dwelling Place of Alahym is with man, and He will dwell with them. They will be His people, and Alahym Himself will be with them as their Alahym.β
